This Privacy Policy applies when you visit this conference website, complete a Legacy Disciple form, join an event interest list, register through a linked provider, volunteer, donate, or otherwise communicate with us.

Information we collect

We may collect information you choose to provide, including your name, email address, mobile number, mailing address, organization, program or event interests, volunteer or partnership interests, and messages you send to us.

When you submit the Miami conference form, we also retain the date and time of submission, the source page, the version of the disclosures shown to you, each separate SMS consent selection, and limited device information such as IP address and browser user agent. These records help us document and honor your communication choices.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, provide requested conference and registration information, send messages for categories you select, manage event and program relationships, maintain consent and suppression records, improve our services, protect against misuse, and comply with legal obligations.

Mobile messaging and SMS consent

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Message frequency varies based on your selections, registration activity, and the event schedule. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.

Service providers

We may use trusted providers to operate our website, forms, customer relationship management, email, text messaging, analytics, event registration, and security. These providers may process information only to perform services for Legacy Disciple or as required by law. Our current conference form is designed to send submissions to Legacy Disciple’s GoHighLevel account through a protected server-side webhook.

Email communications

We may email you about your inquiry, interest-list submission, or event registration. Marketing emails will include an unsubscribe method when required. Email preferences and SMS preferences are managed separately.

Payments and linked registration providers

This website does not request or collect payment-card information. If you follow a link to an external registration or payment provider, that provider processes information under its own privacy and security practices. We do not store full payment-card numbers on this site.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, document consent, honor opt-outs, maintain operational records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of certain information by contacting us. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those messages.
